UPDATE: Feds announce bust of Mexican meth ring

Posted By on Tue, Jan 17, 2012 at 1:43 PM

The U.S. attorney, a DEA official and the North Little Rock police chief will be on hand for an announcement this afternoon in NLR of "significant indictments and arrests." Sounds like a drug bust.

UPDATE: Here are the details. It's a new indictment, expanding an earlier one to 22 defendants and 36 counts, charging a variety of crimes related to smuggling of Mexican methamphetamine into Arkansas.
