15-year-old charged with murder

Posted By on Wed, Jan 25, 2012 at 12:26 PM

Fox 16 is reporting that Colton Harvey, 15, the Franklin County boy who told the sheriffs office there that he had shot and killed his 16-year-old sister, was charged with murder today. The court has ordered him not to contact his family unless they initiate communication.

Harvey turned himself in Jan. 15, telling investigators he'd shot his sister, Candace, that morning at their home near Ozark while their parents were away.
