Sharp County man accused of chaining daughter, 11, to bed

Gruesome story of the day from KAIT-TV in Jonesboro.

Michael Gilman, charged in Sharp County with false imprisonment and endangering a minor, reportedly chained his 11-year-old daughter to the bed every night to stop her from getting up to get food and wandering the neighborhood. He said he released her every morning.
