How low will Mitt Romney go?

Posted By on Fri, Mar 2, 2012 at 5:13 AM

We already know Mitt Romney will say or do just about anything to be elected president. Past performance is no indicator of future results, as the prospectuses warn.

But does that include picking a man who once impugned his faith — with appropriate "heartfelt" apologies after planting the knife in a New York Times interview — for his vice president?

I refer to Mike Huckabee of Florida, of course.

Andrew Sullivan muses on it, including a 2008 clip of Huckabee calling Romney dishonest.
