Little Rock police today circulated this photo of a suspect in the March 6 robbery of a woman who suffered a broken collar bone and separated shoulder when she was dragged across a parking lot at Kavanaugh and Walnut by a man trying to steal a purse she had hung around her neck.

He's identified as Floyd Eselle Conic, 44, with a last known address in the 3400 block of Wynne Street. He's described as armed and dangerous. He fled from the robbery, which occurred around 10 p.m., in a dark sedan.
