Jason Gilbert, a former Little Rock Police Department patrol officer indicted on a federal charge of conspiring with others , including a VA and UAMS officer, to rob an armored car service was sentenced to 42 months in prison this morning in federal Judge Leon Holmes’ court. Three others involved in the plot are to be sentenced this afternoon.
Update: A spokesman for the court says Gilbert also got a year’s federal supervision. Sentenced earlier today were Antonio Person, who was sentenced to 60 months on two counts and another 84 months on another count, for a total of 12 years, and Allen Clark, sentenced to 18 months and three years supervised release.
