Pulaski resident stands ground, shoots neighbor's dog

Fox 16 reports on the case of a Pulaski County man who killed his neighbor's six-month-old German shepherd with a shotgun because it was in his yard and behaving aggressively toward him. The dog had reportedly washed out of K-9 police training for a lack of aggressiveness. His owner is a retired K-9 trainer. The sheriff's office said the shooter appeared to be within his rights.
