Up, up and away with balloons in Little Rock

FIRING UP: Tethered flights last night.

The flaring of burners and tethered balloons rising short distances were in evidence at War Memorial Park last night in preparation for the Great War Memorial Balloon Race, which will have a slate of activities today and Sunday at the park. Music and balloon rides are on the program. See Rock Candy for details.
