Sekani, the new gorilla mother at the Little Rock Zoo, and her as-yet unnamed and unsexed infant, born Sunday, made their first public appearance today. The infant is nursing well, zoo spokesmen say. Sekani appears to be taking to motherhood, holding her baby with both big hands in the photograph below.
