UAMS-St. Vincent ties

The Times has not received any FOI'd materials yet about the agreement being forged between UAMS and St. Vincent Health that we wrote about yesterday. We do know, however, that Dean Debra Fiser has called a special meeting of the College of Medicine faculty at 5 p.m. today.
