Courthouse shootout in Delaware

Three dead and two wounded in a courthouse shooting in Wilmington, Del., not long before a scheduled visit by Vice President Joe Biden to talk about gun safety. Sounds as if a man in a domestic case might have shot his wife and then been killed by police officers.
