The Buffett-Hussman lovefest open line

WALTER HUSSMAN, HERO TO WARREN BUFFETT AND CO. Forgot to link to this over the weekend: In a letter to shareholders, Warren Buffett called Democrat-Gazette publisher Walter Hussman, "the main exemplar for local newspapers is the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette." In Bloomberg, Terry Kroeger, who runs Berkshire Hathaway's media operations, called Hussman the company's "hero."

*HOT RACE The Fix ranks Arkansas governor's race in its top three. Of what isn't exactly clear. Excitement, money, interest, chance for a Republican pick-up would all probably work.
