*CHILDREN'S LIBRARY OPENS: The Central Arkansas Library System's awesome looking new children's library/events space/garden/educational kitchen opens tomorrow at 10 a.m. Bobby Roberts for governor.

*A LEAD THE ARKANSAS GENERAL ASSEMBLY IS SURE NOT TO FOLLOW: The Maryland state legisltature voted today to ban the death penalty. At least, Sen. Joyce Elliott has filed a bill to abolish capital punishment.
