Mark Pryor's money talks

Posted By on Thu, Apr 11, 2013 at 10:03 AM

U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor's own messaging isn't always so hot.

But he carries a big stick.

Politico notes he raised almost $2 million for his campaign the first quarter of this year and has $3.4 million in the bank.

He'll need every bit of it and several million more. If the Club for Growth's Tom Cotton is the opponent, as increasingly seems likely, money won't be a problem on that side.
