Federal grand jury indicts Shoffner

As expected, Martha Shoffner, the former Arkansas Treasurer who resigned under fire last month, has been indicted on charges of extortion and receipt of a bribe. Shoffner attempted to plead guilty to similar charges last week but things went awry.

No word on whether the indictment was delivered in a pie box.
