Posted By on Wed, Sep 4, 2013 at 6:35 AM

The Little Rock police have arrested Josh Todd, 28, as a murder suspect in the death of a still unidentified man found shot to death yesterday morning near a MacArthur Park playground. He was charged after an interview by detectives. Police haven't revealed what led them to question Todd or what he said.

UPDATE: The victim has been identified as Milton Carter, 33, of Little Rock. The motive for the killing is still unclear.
