Talking Points Memo reports the latest House Republican funny business (none dare call it governance) on funding the Affordable Care Act.

They’ll vote a budget resolution that strips Obamacare funding, but puts it as a separate voting item. The Senate doesn’t accept the stripping measure and approves continuing funding. House Republicans get a roll call vote to wave around with none of the pain of following through on principle and forcing a shutdown rather than accept Obamacare.
