A woman was arrested in Benton and charged on Wednesday afternoon with her 11th DWI since 1995. Sheila Blair, 49, was placed into custody after what Benton police said was a short chase in which she made erratic lane changes, almost colliding with other vehicles, before pulling over.

Blair is charged with Refusal to Submit to a breathalyzer test, failure to yield to a police vehicle, and DWI. According to this story from the Benton Courier, Blair has been on parole since November 2010, released after serving a year of the 10-year sentence for her 10th DWI.
