It's 4:36 p.m. and Bill Clinton and President Obama are talking Obamacare at the Clinton Global Initiative meeting.

Livestream here. The website archives all the programs, so it can be replayed. It ended just before 5 p.m.

Clinton asked the president at one point to talk about Arkansas's approach to implementation of Obamacare.

Bill Clinton: “Tell ‘em about Arkansas because we’re doing well down there."

Obama: “A little hometown bias – nothing wrong with that.”

President Obama said Arkansas rates on the exchanges are not only lower than what the premiums were for the same coverage, but lower than the most optimistic projections of what they would be.
