Clinton asked the president at one point to talk about Arkansas’s approach to implementation of Obamacare.

Bill Clinton: “Tell ‘em about Arkansas because we’re doing well down there.” 

Obama: “A little hometown bias – nothing wrong with that.”

President Obama said Arkansas rates on the exchanges are not only lower than what the premiums were for the same coverage, but lower than the most optimistic projections of what they would be.
