The Arkansas Republican Party has clearly gone all in with wackjob control of the national party, which ought to make the Republican legislative architects of the Arkansas Obamacare Private Option Medicaid expansion feel a little unloved. Nonetheless, this breathless announcement today!!

Senator Rand Paul to speak at an event held by the Republican Party of Arkansas at the Hot Springs Convention Center on December 6 at 7:30 pm. General admission tickets will be available for $50 and will go on sale October 22nd through Ticketmaster. For tickets please visit or call 800-745-3000.

The Arkansas GOP Chairman Doyle Webb issued the following statement regarding the event.

“I am honored that Senator Rand Paul, a champion for constitutional liberties and fiscal responsibility at the national level, has chosen to become a part of our efforts to grow our conservative majority in Arkansas. I look forward to welcoming Senator Paul to the Natural State as our special guest in December!”
