* ANOTHER CANDIDATE FOR PULASKI COUNTY JUDGE: A Facebook page was created this week promoting the candidacy of Wilma Walker of College Station for Pulaski County judge. She's a Democratic JP and former state representative. Former state Rep. Barry Hyde of North Little Rock is already in the race. Former state Rep. Kathy Webb said she was considering it depending on progress in her cancer treatment.
