Check out the new promo vid for NLR's Rogers Archives' forthcoming search function

We've written before about
John  Rogers, the entrepreneur from North Little Rock who went from selling baseball cards to being a still-photography mogul and millionaire in a few short years by coming up with the idea to buy up the giant photo morgues of dozens of American and international papers, then sell the prints and license images for use in books, magazines and documentary films, and other places.

Coming in early 2014, the Rogers Archive will debut a new service which will allow visitors to their website to search for and buy photos from the archive's vast photo collection. Seen above is a sort of teaser trailer for that new service, which was posted earlier this week. You can sign up for early access to the archive search function at this link.

BONUS: Especially poignant, given the day, is the page on the Rogers Archive website which features unpublished photos of John F. Kennedy throughout his life.
