KATV reports that two teens have been arrested in a Jan. 13 kidnapping in which the victim was carjacked at Burns Park in North Little Rock by three men, then forced to go with his assailants to an ATM where they withdrew money from his account.  The victim was later released unharmed in a wooded area.

Davieion McElroy, 16, and Vincent Shabazz, 15, have been charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property. Both are charged as adults. Police are still looking for a third suspect in the case.

I got the message today before noon; others didn't find out until it was going on. But however folks found out, they turned out in huge numbers, more than thousand men, women and children, on the grounds of the state Capitol to listen to speakers from all faiths and many countries.
