Little Rock proposes to expand recycling to larger apartment projects

Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola announced today a proposed ordinance, supported by the real estate lobby, to require all multi-family projects to provide for recycling.

The proposal would cover those with 100 or more units, which a city news release said covered about 83 percent of city apartments. The ordinance would take effect July 1.
