Beards galore: It can get hairy out there

Just what the doctor ordered amid the political squabbling and other assorted bad news. Rock Candy has posted the photo results of the Root Cafe/Arkansas Times beard-growing contest. Portraiture, candids and a bonus  trip on the wayback machine to the University of Arkansas, circa 1972, featuring a younger Arkansas Blog author.
