The you-pick-'em open line

Posted By on Mon, Apr 7, 2014 at 5:30 PM

Even though it would be nice for a team Arkansas beat twice to win the national championship, I'm mostly rooting for a good game. Since my bracket is busted, I'll hazard a pick: UConn 67, UK 66.

What say you?

Also, in case you don't catch the update I added on the post on Nolan Richardson getting in the basketball hall of fame, make sure you check out this profile from Yahoo that threads together stories about Richardson's awesome-sounding grandma, Ole Mama.

Also also, the Log Cabin Democrat reports that Gilbert Baker returned to work today in UCA's music department

“President Courtway, the Board, faculty, staff and students are doing tremendous work and I did not want to be a distraction,” Baker told the Conway paper. “I appreciate the University allowing me to return to the faculty, where I had served for over 20 years, and I look forward to working with the leadership of the Music Department and the College of Fine Arts and Communication in the days and weeks to come.”
