Secretary Sebelius resigning

The New York Times reports that Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius is resigning. She is a casualty of the dreadful screw-up that was the Affordable Care Act website rollout.

The Times says President Obama will nominate Sylvia Mathews Burwell, director of the Office of Management and Budget, to replace her.
