Channel 4 reports 
that neighbors in a quiet Maumelle neighborhood were surprised Friday by a bust at a home apparently used to cook meth.

Illicit drug activities, of course, know no economic barriers. Some believe income does make law-breakers less susceptible to arrest or conviction, however.
