Keith Mosby 33, was shot to death at his apartment at 1912 Green Mountain Drive about 1:45 a.m. this morning, police said. His brother, Fred, is listed as a suspect in the case, but not in custody. The police report quotes witnesses as saying Fred Mosby shot Keith Mosby in the stomach after he "came at" him with a knife "as if he was going to cut him." It was the city's 24th homicide of the year.
