Today in Arkansas: Sharp differences emerge in governor's race

As usual Max talks about the biggest news of the day: Mike Ross, Asa Hutchinson, Tom Cotton and Mark Pryor pitch to a group of Southern leaders; a controversy develops over a proposal to widen I-630; the group trying to get enough signatures to put marijuana legalization on the ballot has an uphill climb, and a Republican state legislative candidate plays the ignorance card to explain an ethics violation.
