Joy Duvall, 50, of Booneville was killed shortly before 10 p.m. last night while walking on the shoulder of Highway 23 about a half-mile south of Highway 10 near Booneville. She was struck by a northbound vehicle and State Police are seeking information about the vehicle that drove away.
