Not many bartenders in Arkansas

Via Matthew Yglesias at Vox, a look at Bureau of Labor stats shows that the prevalence of bartending as a job is the lowest in Arkansas of any state in the nation.

Seems likely this must be at least partially about dry counties (see map below).
