Former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush shared jovial moments in Washington today as they announced a new joint program involving their presidential libraries and those of George H. W. Bush and Lyndon B. Johnson.

The Presidential Leadership Scholars program is meant provide education about presidential decision-making as a way of helping the careers of people in business, public service and the military.
