Searcy: Who knew it was such a party town?

may be "dry" — except for a couple of private clubs. But that doesn't mean you can't have a rip-roaring party. One of the Times' roving photographers caught the party enhancer touted on the portable sign above. It's on Race Street. A restaurant nearby has offered discounts for people who bring in a church bulletin.
