Ask the Times (me, in other words) UPDATE

So, I'm taking a couple of weeks off starting tomorrow. The daily video updates will continue. But Lindsey wants to roundup a going-away Q&A for video, like those I did a few times on-line in the past.  You can send in questions here.

Or go to our Facebook page and post your question.

We'll round them up and record the answers.

Someday, maybe, we'll figure out a live version of this — no delay switch, seven forbidden words not encouraged but allowed.
UPDATE: I've affixed some answers to questions below that didn't get included in the batch we've done for video. They'll be popping up on Facebook and elsewhere as Lindsey gets time to edit them.
