Maybe, if Cotton and the Tea Party followers don't like the EPA regulation on carbon dioxide, they ought to go after the Republican pro-business SCOTUS which ORDERED the EPA to set limits.

I guess the concept of Federalism is one of those radical dictates from Washington. I guess the Civil Rights Act and calling for an end to segregation in the south was also a radical dictate from DC. Social Security and Medicare? The G.I. Bill? All radical dictates from Washington if you follow Tom Cotton's reasoning.

The boy can lie with the best of them. What is sad and really embarrassing is that for the biggest whoppers he tells, he has to roll out his momma and his daddy to help him perpetrate his lies. The ad he has with his dad on the Farm Bill is a HUGE LIE. Somebody should report him to the committee on professional conduct. As an attorney, isn't he supposed to be truthful? This isn't some third party group putting out these lies for him. It is Tom Cotton himself, lying with the best of em.

Not only was he lying through his teeth in the farm bill ad, but he was telling a huge lie in the ad with his momma when he talks about social security and medicare. You know the one where they are unloading the prepackaged fruit like you get from the Fresh Market. Hell, he was the only one in the delegation to vote to raise the age to 70 on medicare but in the ad, he acts like he would never do anything to hurt seniors. And he is lying through his teeth with his poor loving mother standing next to him, helping him perpetrate his lies. He should be ashamed making his parents unwitting accomplices to his fraud upon the people of this state.

Remember folks: Tom Cotton is not running to be your Senator from Arkansas. He is running to be the Senator for the Koch Brothers, for Karl Rove, Jack Stephens Jr. and the Club for Growth, and all of the other out of state billionaires that are trying to buy this seat. Don't let these greedy fascist bastards get away with it. Vote for Mark Pryor and the rest of the Democrats and lets keep the People in charge. Regnat Populus.

And from Slate, here's news of the "American Legislative Exchange Council, the powerful Koch-backed conservative group that, among other things, opposes government action to combat climate change."
...
"ALEC and its allies are currently lobbying state lawmakers and regulatory commissioners to rewrite industry rules regarding solar panels."

http://www.slate.com/articles/business/mon…

Short and not so sweet? They don't want folks installing solar panels on their homes and then selling any excess electricity they might generate back to utility companies.

Thank you, Tom Cotton, for supporting your billionaire buddies as they try to vacuum up every last energy penny and then some. In my family, it may be away from semi-serfdom and back again in four generations.
(We were latecomers to these shores compared to some of you. But I doubt time on these shores will make any difference when your children have to get on their knees as their masters pass by.)

Bottom line: unless you are ready to say that the Kochs interests and those of the middle class are the same (which is ludicrous) then Cotten is seen for what he is; because this laughable assertion of sameness forms the entire predicate for his campaign: vote Koch, because its good for you.

Tom, you mean those free markets that don't exist?
