The Centers for Disease Control has confirmed the first suspected Ebola case in the U.S., in Dallas, NPR reports.

The patient is a man in Dallas at Texas Health Presbyterian, where he's being held in isolation. NPR says  he flew in from Liberia on Sept. 20 symptom-free. His symptoms developed Sept. 24 and he went to the hospital Sept. 26. Health officials are searching for all who may have come in contact with the patient.
