Rick Crawford said what?

Posted By on Fri, Oct 17, 2014 at 1:09 PM

Candidates for 1st District Congress met in a debate taped for broadcast this evening on AETN and AP has a brief summary here.

My attention was drawn to a mention of the minimum wage, which may or may not make the ballot this year in Arkansas depending on an Arkansas Supreme Court case. The candidates are Democrat Jackie McPherson, Republican incumbent Rep. Rick Crawford and Libertarian Brian Wilhite.

McPherson said he favored efforts to raise the minimum wage. Willhite opposed them and Crawford said it is a matter for states to decide.

Well, yeah, Rep. Crawford, and Arkansas has matter before it. Is he going to vote to raise the Arkansas rate from $6.25 to $8.50 by 2017 or is he not?
