* POLITICAL PALS: A federal election complaint has been filed alleging illegal coordination between independent dark money groups and Republican political campaigns, such as Tom Cotton's for the Senate. This is a serious charge, deserves a hard look and may well be true. On the other hand, how much coordination is needed to say, "Obama, Obama, Obama, Obama, Obama, Obama"?
