The election day open line and voter disenfranchisement news

Here's an open line and video done before polls closed. We'll be back tonight with more, including some video episodes from campaign headquarters and reporters with analysis.

BY THE WAY: You know how Republicans said voter ID and other suppression laws wouldn't result in voter disenfranchisement? They were wrong (and lying in some cases). Read a roundup of the fallout here.

PS — Already got my customary anonymous cursing from a Republican who regularly calls when political developments run his way. He's already declaring victory.
