I spent last night at the Tom Cotton victory party at the Wyndham Hotel in North Little Rock and the party for Asa Hutchinson and the Republican Party at the Embassy Suites in West Little Rock. I didn’t comb my hair very well, but I did talk to various happy Republicans, including Jim Bob Duggar, Republican Party Chairman Doyle Webb, and newly elected Treasurer Dennis Milligan, who reveals whether he’s going to celebrate at Krispy Kreme

Leslie Rutledge ran away from me, as always, as will ever be.
