Some schools worry about guns. In Des Arc ......

Above is a screen shot of a post on Des Arc High School's Facebook page. If I were to bet, I'd bet things had gotten a mite noisy over there. Duck season opens Saturday.

Des Arc sits amid prime duck hunting territory. But the team mascot is an eagle, not a mallard.
