An ad hoc group: Stand With Ferguson: Black Lives Matter is organizing a vigil at 6 p.m. tonight on the Capitol steps as a response to the decision not to indict a Ferguson, Mo., cop for killing Michael Brown.

There will be a period of silence and prayers are invited. Participants are encouraged to wear black, but not carry candles or signs on sticks.

Speaking of demonstrations, 40/20 reports four arrested after blocking traffic at College and Dickson in Fayetteville today as a symbolic protest of the decision. KNWA News said 50 to 75 turned out for the peaceful demonstration.
