  • HOG WILD: Disney World remembers one of Jennings Osborne's passions with a Razorback in its Orlando light display.

A blog at the Orland Weekly provides a photo essay and tribute to the late Jennings Osborne, the flamboyant businessman whose annual Christmas light display eventually became a part of the seasonal features at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. From the looks of it, the Disney people have taken the core of Osborne's spectacle to a new dimension.

In 1995, Walt Disney World bought Jennings' entire set up and revived the Osborne tradition at Hollywood Studios. Each year the display grows bigger, but it still includes all of the Osborne family's original pieces – including a lit razorback hog (Osborne was a big Razorbacks fan) and stockings representing each member of the Osborne family.

The article recounts the history of his Little Rock light display, subject of a landmark court case. This article included a link to  YouTube of the Osborne display in all its Arkansas glory in 1993.
