Chuck Hagel's holiday message includes gay sailor's proposal

Posted By on Wed, Dec 31, 2014 at 7:14 AM

This is a nice touch. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel's video holiday message includes a photo of n image of MM2 2nd Class Jerrel Revels' proposal to his boyfriend Dylan Kirchner in 2013 after the end of Don't Ask Don't Tell. It's said to be the first inclusion of a gay couple in the Defense Department's holiday message.

Don't tell Jason Rapert about this.
