The Pulaski sheriff's office distributed these photos today. They were taken on Cleland Road in the northern part of the county. The office says they come from a home security system and show someone picking up a package dropped off by UPS who was unauthorized to take the package. If this was a legit pickup of a home UPS delivery, the pickupper better get the confusion straightened out real fast. Or if you know where to find the fellow, you could call the sheriff's office at 340-6963. Or Crimestoppers at 340-TIPS. Some video may be coming.

  • Another Republican miracle-working governor

Great piece in Washington Post on the budget crisis in Louisiana. Big tax cuts and corporate welfare will do that to a state, particularly to a state whose previous governor, Republican Bobby Jindal, refused to join the Obamacare-funded Medicaid expansion. There's a lesson there for Arkansas.
