Max posts Today in Arkansas by phone from San Francisco. He says: "It will just have to do. I forgot to mention the Arkansas Supreme Court's continuing dithering on the same-sex marriage case. It put off a decision for at least 30 days to consider competing motions on which justices — from last year or this year — should decide the case."
