* DRONE VOYEURISM TARGETED: The House voted 85-2 to pass Rep. Justin Harris' much-amended bill to prohibit use of an unmanned vehicle (such as a drone) to photograph someone where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Harris said he didn't want any cameras taking pictures of him inside his house if he left the drapes open. The bill says its purpose is to prevent those photographing with the intention to intrude.
