Posted By on Mon, Apr 6, 2015 at 9:59 AM

Owen Harvey, 30, of North Little Rock, was fatally shot about 10:30 p.m. Sunday during an altercation with another man at 5204 W. 24th Street. Charles O'Neal, 31, of Little Rock, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death, the city's sixth homicide of the year.

It wasnt' the only gunfire Easter Sunday. Two men were wounded  — one in the buttocks, one in the leg — about 45 minutes earlier by gunfire at the gas pumps of Our Community Market at 1901 Wright Avenue. The fracas had drug and gang overtones.
