Here's the open line. And a video roundup of news of interest in Arkansas. Also:

* NEWBORN: Sen. Tom Cotton announced via Tiwtter about 3 p.m. Tuesday that his wife Anna had given birth to a son last night.

Happy to report Anna and I welcomed baby boy Cotton to the world last night! Mom and baby are healthy and happy. We are so blessed.

His office tells others that the baby weighs 8 pounds 4 ounces. No name announced as yet.

UPDATE: Name is Gabriel. Cotton distributed photo by Twitter.
